Appointment FAQs

Appointments are available Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. All appointment times are scheduled in Central Standard Time (CST).

Yes, it is recommended to schedule an appointment. Most appointments at our office are scheduled at least several days in advance. Occasionally, we may be offer same-day appointments on some days, but they cannot be guaranteed. To receive an appointment, it’s best to request one several days in advance.

Most appointments will last anywhere between 45 minutes to one hour on average.

We’ll start with brief introductions followed by an opportunity for you to tell us about your business and goals. Based on what you are trying to accomplish, we will then provide some recommendations. If you decide you want to sign up for one of our subscription plans the same day, we can also take care of this at that time.

Unfortunately, no. Upon receiving your request for an appointment, we will review the date and time requested and send a confirmation email if the date and time is acceptable. In the event we are unable to accommodate your requested appointment date and time, we will communicate with you to try and find another date and time that works better.

Yes, initial appointments are free of charge with no cost involved. We only ask that you request an appointment at least 2-3 days in advance.

You’re not required to bring anything to your appointment, but helpful items to bring with you are a notepad and pen, plus your laptop computer.

The reason we encourage bringing a computer is to help you more easily sign up if you decide to at your appointment.

No, you don’t. In fact, many people who request an appointment are either new business owners or at the beginning stages of starting their business. In many ways, business owners who are just starting out are often a great fit for our products and services.

All appointments are held at our office in the Inwood Village business park building located at:

When arriving, you may park in a visitor parking space in the front of the building. Upon entering the building, enter Suite 110 and have a seat in our lobby. A receptionist will then come to greet you shortly thereafter to escort you to your appointment.

We understand. Things come up every now and then. If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment, just let us know. You can do so right from our contact page.

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building for visitors. For in-person appointments, face masks are recommended, but not required.
